I had the privilege of getting involve in design & construction drawings & contract administration of several primary schools across Sydney region.
I also had the opportunity of running and directing the team during design & documentation. This gave me an in vast knowledge of project delivery & not only made me capable of working unsupervised to produce constructional stage drawings but also gave me a better understanding of design smart & something that is build-able.
I had extended my knowledge in detail & construction drawing in Gran associate as the company was mainly focused on design development, refurbishments & construction drawing projects.
In the past I had mainly worked on Conceptual design & DA drawing, so the opportunity of working for nearly 2 years on producing construction drawings, gave me an in vast knowledge of not only make me capable of working unsupervised to produce constructional stage drawings but also gave me a better understanding of design smart & something that is buildable.

Multipurpose complex

The site is located in a busy part of Tehran next to the train station. The city subway passed through the site. After studying the area’s needs, our consultant recommended a multipurpose usage. The complexity of the project was having many different aspects. First of all we alocated each usage to a zone. The location of each zone was decided according to training hours, amount of noise and whether public or private. As wel as the functionality of the building. Exterior aestehetics were an important factor, so we used double skin façade. The images and the sketches shows the final stage of documenting on designing alternative facade
